Hello, I'm Vertice Williams, and I'm not your average REALTOR®.

You might know me as the "Singing REALTOR®." While my passion for music as a published songwriter, recording artist, and former GRAMMYs voting member is a huge part of my life, my greatest satisfaction comes from helping you achieve your real estate goals.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent years as a Certified Paralegal. That experience trained me to be a master negotiator and a fierce advocate who pays relentless attention to every detail of a contract. I pair that legal sharpness with my honors degree in Sociology, which helps me truly understand my clients' needs and motivations.
